After graduating in 1984, he pursued a formal education in Illustration and Design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Phil’s career took off when he landed a job as a cartoonist for Bill Cosby’s Picture Pages while still a student! His artistic talents continued to shine as he contributed to various publications and retailers around the world. Phil’s journey from Clarence to Pittsburgh to Philadelphia to New York City - now Phil has returned to his roots, channeling his creative energy into one-of-a-kind projects, passion projects and rekindling his love for cartooning and illustration. With his keen eye for detail and an unbreakable connection with his audience, Phil brings enchanting illustrations to life, captivating the viewer both young and old alike.
